{"id":176,"date":"2016-06-02T09:58:30","date_gmt":"2016-06-02T09:58:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vaughanadvisors.com\/cms\/?page_id=176"},"modified":"2016-06-02T09:58:30","modified_gmt":"2016-06-02T09:58:30","slug":"reflexione","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vaughanadvisors.com\/cms\/reflexione\/","title":{"rendered":"Reflexione"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>La mayor parte de los fracasos derivan de no conocer la<br \/>\nmanera correcta de balancear el nivel de ventas versus la capacidad financiera,<br \/>\nse crece sin planificar y mal apalancados.<\/li>\n<li>En un 70% de las empresas el proceso de servicio al CLIENTE<br \/>\nno existe y peor aun el concepto pasa desapercibido, lo cual es grave. Hay que<br \/>\nquitar la cl&#225;sica gr&#225;fica: Volumen de Ventas, por la del &#8220;Servici&#243;metro&#8221; y por<br \/>\nla de Raz&#243;n de Solvencia. Vender no implica rentabilidad, ni mucho menos<br \/>\nliquidez, muchas veces es lo contrario.<\/li>\n<li>El competidor eficaz entrar&#225; abarcando todo como el viento y<br \/>\nsaliendo como el rel&#225;mpago con &#8220;su trozo de pastel en la boca&#8221;, tanto as&#237; que a<br \/>\nmuchos ya les pas&#243; hace tiempo y andan &#8220;caminando&#8221; como por inercia,<br \/>\napalanc&#225;ndose sin medida para subsistir y &#8220;comi&#233;ndose&#8221; el poco activo y capital<br \/>\nque por el momento les queda en su balance y sin saber a&#250;n el &#191;Porqu&#233;?<\/li>\n<li>De acuerdo a estudios internacionales, su equipo de trabajo<br \/>\nentrenado eficaz y profesionalmente, con los recursos actuales, pueden dar para<br \/>\nsu organizaci&#243;n y para ellos mismos, del 20 al 30% m&#225;s de ingresos y de<br \/>\nsolvencia. Esto es igualmente v&#225;lido para la reducci&#243;n de costos y gastos.<\/li>\n<li>Sus Clientes m&#225;s temprano que tarde, har&#225;n m&#225;s del 70% de<br \/>\nsus transacciones por la Web y ser&#225;n muy exigentes en lo que a servicio se<br \/>\nrefiere. Esto ser&#225; radical en todos los nacidos despu&#233;s de 1985. &#191;No le parece<br \/>\nque es momento de &#8220;pulir&#8221; sus armas en ventas, servicio, finanzas y en la<br \/>\nmodernizaci&#243;n de su forma de comunicarse con sus Clientes?.<\/li>\n<li>Nuestra forma de negocio es la mejor, siempre hemos tenido<br \/>\n&#233;xito con aquello de que: &#8220;Es mejor lo viejo conocido que lo nuevo por conocer&#8221;.<br \/>\nOjo con este paradigma es muy peligroso.<\/li>\n<li>Invertir en la reinvenci&#243;n de sus procesos y en capacitar<br \/>\neficazmente a sus colaboradores es la mejor decisi&#243;n, ya que si es experta se<br \/>\nla pagar&#225; r&#225;pidamente con creces, expresada en m&#225;s ingresos, menos costos y<br \/>\nmayor solvencia, todos factores claves para que est&#233; s&#243;lido en la &#8220;guerra&#8221; por<br \/>\nel mercado y no solo para sostener su posici&#243;n actual, sino para agrandarla.<\/li>\n<li>Generalmente los puntos &#8220;focales&#8221; y las metas asignadas a<br \/>\ncada proceso de producci&#243;n o est&#225;n mal definidas, o no se conocen, o lo que es<br \/>\npeor nunca han existido. Su equipo de trabajo no tendr&#225; un &#8220;norte&#8221; a donde<br \/>\ndirigir su mejor esfuerzo.<\/li>\n<li>Necesitamos &#8220;gu&#237;as&#8221; que nos den auto orientaci&#243;n permanente,<br \/>\nestas son los valores. En muchas empresas no se conocen y se ignora que hoy<br \/>\nexisten organizaciones exitosas, lideradas por valores y no por la pir&#225;mide<br \/>\ntradicional de mando de servir al Jefe, ignorando los resultados del proceso de<br \/>\nservicio al Cliente, el verdadero Jefe que nos lleva el dinero a la empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Similar al anterior, no hay &#8220;planes de vuelo&#8221;, ni<br \/>\nestrategias, ni t&#225;cticas, no hay objetivos definidos y esto sumado a lo<br \/>\nanterior, significa como un barco completo pero sin tim&#243;n. Aqu&#237; no quedar&#237;a mas<br \/>\nque preguntarse a lo interno &#8230;&#8230; &#191;Quo Vadis?.<\/li>\n<li>En pleno Siglo XXI los cambios son la &#250;nica constante. Ahora<br \/>\nlas semanas son los meses de antes, los meses son a&#241;os. Entonces agudicemos los<br \/>\nsentidos como el mejor, porque hoy la guerra por el pastel es dura y de cambios<br \/>\ns&#250;bitos, m&#225;s llenos de excelentes oportunidades<\/li>\n<li>Si queremos ser exitosos, los paradigm&#225;ticos y pesimistas,<br \/>\ndeben ser eliminados en las luchas &#8220;salvajes&#8221; por el pastel, es doloroso mas<br \/>\nesencial para lograr la supervivencia.<\/li>\n<li>Muy pocas empresas tienen conciencia de lo esencial que es<br \/>\npara su futuro, el analizar de manera integral el proceso pol&#237;tico-econ&#243;mico de<br \/>\nlas econom&#237;as en donde desarrollan sus actividades.<\/li>\n<li>El Egocentrismo que produce &#8220;ceguera&#8221; y &#8220;sordera&#8221; es la m&#225;s<br \/>\ncom&#250;n de las fallas en los dirigentes.
